Mr M from CanadaIt started off great with a phone call advising us where to meet the driver but never having been to London before the directions became very confusing once we arrived at Kings Cross Station. Once we figured out where to go we had to wait almost 45 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup for our car. It wasn’t the drivers fault as the traffic was horrendous. The car was satisfactory for our group of six and the driver was very skilled. A minor concern was the the failure of someone to give our driver the correct phone number. I had advised you of our new number in the U.K. but he only had our Canadian number which just went to voicemail.
