a little confusing as to where to go to pick up shuttle but wasn't an issue as I just asked someone and it just happened to be the right person and place. It would be helpful to see a sign stating it was 'Shuttle Direct"
Staff very helpful and friendly. Our car and driver was ready and available, we just waited for another couple and off we went. Our return was equally smooth, we arrived 15 minutes prior to time arranged and he was there waiting for us. Great services. would definitely use again. Good price. We were very pleased.

Ich kann den Transfer nur empfehlen. Ich wurde am Flughafen erwartet und wurde sofort
als einziger Fahrgast in meine Unterkunft gefahren. So schnell war ich noch nie dort.
Das gleiche gilt für die Rückfahrt. ich wurde pünktlich (sogar etwas früher) von der Unterkunft
abgeholt und an den Flughafen gefahren.Ich bin rundherum zufrieden.

From my home in the UK, I booked and paid online for a return transfer from Dalaman Airport Turkey to a hotel in Dalyan and the rates were very reasonable and comparable and the payment process quick and easy. On the first night in Dalyan, we moved hotels as we were not happy and I advised Shuttle Direct by email on the Thursday that we would need a new pick up point on the Saturday. We received a confirmation email, by return, that the amendment had been made and a new voucher detailing the changes was sent immediately.
The driver was waiting for us at Dalaman Airport and was welcoming, friendly, courteous and very helpful; assisting us with our luggage and opening the car doors for us. A different driver collected us on the return journey a week later and he was as equally friendly and professional as the first. I can't rate Shuttle Direct and their drivers highly enough.
