The schedule passed to driver stated destination as Sesmarias-CARVOEIRO whereas it should have been Sesmarias-ALBUFEIRA. Luckily I have some knowledge of the area so any problem was averted, but wonder if we have been overcharged? Our return pick up was quoted as 10.25 by your office, but arrived at 10.55-necessitating 9 calls to office, of which only ONE was answered. I was VERY disappointed by this.
Very satisfied with both drivers and vehicles, however.

Good service 15 mins early but was no problem would have been if the next people were not ready he said we would have to wait 40 mins. Not exceptable. But they were also ready, at airport to early only problem.

The outgoing journey was a bit arduous. Firstly had to wait nearly an hour in the airport; the transfer bus either had no air conditioning or the driver did not use it so the one and a half hour journey was rather a hot one; the driver played rather monotonous drum beat music for the whole time. However, he was a very good, steady driver and very helpful and polite.

Yes.this time round the driver turned up 40mins early which caused me to rush and in doing so i forgot to pickup 2 important documents to bring with me (there is no one to send them on) and I also broke a antique cast iron doorstop in my haste.it can,t be replaced.

Although I believe that the under 20 euro price was a good deal and the operator i spoke with to esquire what time we'd be picked up was very helpful, I found the service after I'd missed my coach to be poor.

Não utilizei o serviço porque marcaram me o pick up para 4h45min antes do voo e era impossível para mim uma vez que estava a trabalhar. Muito má experiência. Fiquei sem o dinheiro do bilhete e não usufrui.

I wish to take this opertunity to write and inform you of a problem my group encountered whilst on holiday in Albufera. As you can see from previous e mails i had booked return transport with your company from Faro airport on 9th Aug to Praia da Oura and return journey 16th Aug 2016. Our trip from faro airport went without incident, but unfortunately the return journey was not so. I noted on checking my paperwork, unfortunately while out in portugal) that the incorrect return date was on the vouchers I received from yourselves. I had attempted to confirm date and time of pick up for the return journey on the 15th but was unable to do so online so I cantacted your office on the numbr provided (see below). I was informed by the gentleman on the phone that dispite our booking having the wrong date we would be picked up at Ouratlantico apartments in Praia da Oura at 3.20am on the 16th August. Unfortunately the transoprt did not arrive and I again contacted the number I had previously rang to make inquiries. As I got no answer I contacted the emergancy number provided to be informed by a gentleman that they did not have a booking for us and that none was available. My party had to get 2 taxi's (group of 5) at a cost of euro 96. I would request that this be looked into and a refund for the return portion of by booking with yourselves be credited to my credit card. On arrival I waited an hour and a half for my shuttle bus to arrive. When I was allocated my driver he was initially rude and sarcastic to me infront of the other guests. It then took him FOUR hours to get me to my location. When it was a 30 minute drive from the airport. He took me to a completely different location and then told me that we had given the wrong address, when I hadn't at all. I was extremely angry it had taken me 4 hours to get from the airport when it was a 30 minute drive. THEN On the transfer back to the airport, I was picked up correctly.. We arrived at the next personals location and had to wait 45 minutes for them as the company had messed up the pick up times. Over I had an extremely bad experience using this service and I will not being using it again. Four hours is a disgusting amount of time when the location was 30 minutes away from the airport.
