We arrived late at night at Florence airport and our driver was there to meet and greet us in Arrivals. At the end of our trip another driver took us back, and met us early morning in rural Tuscany. Both drivers were pleasant. The cars were immaculate. I highly recommend Shuttledirect and will use them again :)
