Produkt : Am genannten Treffpunkt / Schalter angekommen wartete schon der Fahrer und eine weitere Mitreisende. Well Urbis cancelled my transfer with less than one day's notice - which wasn't ideal and cost me £5 in phone calls to put right but the local agent was excellent Debora Carraterro and organised another company to transfer me - and I had a very good service to and from the resort - so well done (apart from the initial cancelation !!)

Going to the hotel our driver Rafael was superb as he talked to my son in Italian and pointed out things of interest.
Going back to the airport we were both less talkative and our driver respected this.
