Det tog lååång tid för honom att kolla upp detta så att vi fick biljetter och gå ombord på bussen som tog oss till flygplatsen. Allt var i sin ordning jag hade bokat och betalat resan hemma före resans början.

it was a very pleasant and relaxing journey to and from the airport. not sure why you have to go to the ticket office for a ticket when you already have a printed confirmation with barcode.

They even contacted me after finding out that the exact pickup address that I requested was not on the route due to one way streets and helped me change the pickup address to building next door which was on the intersection (not one way).
The shuttle service that they booked (Gray Line Tours) was excellent. From the airport to the city the bus was spacious and had wifi. It stopped at the central bus terminal where we had to exchange to a smaller shuttle that took people to their respective hotels. Great Experience.
