When you book a private taxi, we will pick you up and drop you off as close as possible to your accommodation, but it's important to note the physical characteristics of the address must be taken into consideration. On occasion, it may be necessary for the driver to drop and collect you at the nearest possible access point, due to inclement weather, pedestrianised streets or police directives. When you book a shared service, you'll be taken directly to your accommodation or to the nearest pick-up and drop-off point as described.
