    From pick up at airport to drop off was very efficient. Recieved information through email in advance of pick up, with times and pick up point stated clearly.

    The last time I used this service (in 2019), I remember a bumpy and long ride in a tiny, dark, shuttle van. This time around, both upon arrival and departure from the hotel, the overall experience was quite nice. The wait time after we landed at the airport was around 20-25 min, and the pick up time when leaving the hotel pretty accurate. Both rides we had a nice and spacious bus. My only concern was the driving in Spain (probably in general) - it felt like the speed limit wasn't really mandatory and since it rained heavily on the way back, at times I felt a bit uncomfortable. I wouldn't call it dangerous driving, it's just my preference for a more relaxed drive even if it takes 5-10 min more.
