    Our driver was waiting for us at the airport with my name displayed on his phone. He helped with our luggage and gave us water. During the trip from the airport to the hotel, he gave us tips on where to visit during our stay in Barcelona. He also warned us of pick pockets and how to stay safe. The experience was great and very professional.

    When printing out documents in A4, the header (incl Barcode) of 2nd voucher came on page 2 of 1st voucher ... I was not able to fix by adjust local printer settings, margins or similar ... so I had to print twice

    Driver was almost 40 minutes late with no communication. Also, we tried to call every phone number on their website, even the emergency one, and either no one answered or we got a recording they were closed.

    The guy showed up and parked in the hotel lot and when it was time to get us his battery was dead!!! Direct Shuttle had no other car to send for us. We had to flag down 2 separate cabs and I was in a wheelchair. I called and said to refund my credit card and tge lady said I had to send them receipts!! Horrible customer service
