A little wait to be picked up at airport (not so good when arriving close to mid-night).

Problems with changing pickup time (wouldn't recognize my ref. number). Easy to change the pickup time by phone (friendly Sandra) but cost of phone call.

Mr c from United KingdomWe booked for 4 persons but was increased to 6 as joined by other members of Wedding Party, even though my friend speaks fluent Portugese, it took a total of 2hrs to reach our destination, finding the 1st drop in Vilamoura took 1hr, crazy, should be 20mins and our drop off a further 1hr, it was very clear to us our driver had NO idea where he was going despite his continuing assurances he did, we had address, zip code and he refused point blank to telephone hotel, we went down dead end country roads only to turn round again, finally it was US who spotted the sign, We were joining all the Wedding party for Hen/Stag leaving from hotel, we were left with just 15mins to meet everyone, change into fancy dress and leave again. We and of course The Groom my son were really stressed and it spoiled what should have been a wonderful and relaxed start to a holiday Incidentally he did speak some English but would not respond to our increasing anxiety and questions. We would not definitely not recommend using this company. The actual booking was straight forward so these comments are directed at the Faro end. Marian Richardson
