Hervorheben möchte ich, dass der Fahrer sehr pünktlich war und der Service prompt und schnörkelos erfolgte. Die Autos waren beide Male Luxusklasse (Mercedes bzw. Audilimousine). Das war sehr positiv. Der Preis für die Dienstleistung war nach Rücksprache mit einem Taxifahrer aus der Umgebung mit 75 EUR pro Fahrt vom Flughafen ins Hotel in der Nähe von Pula 15 Euro zu teuer, aber ich denke da geht ja auch noch eine Provision ab für die Buchung über das Portal. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war, dass wir am Rückreisetag vier Stunden vor dem eigentlichen Flug abgeholt wurden, und sich trotz Telefonat am Vortag und der Bitte unsererseits doch den Abholtermin um eine Stunde zu verschieben, sich das nicht realisieren ließ, obwohl es uns zugesagt war.So saßen wir dann drei einhalb Stunden vor Abflug am Flughafen.

We had a deeply unsatisfactory service from Dan Travel (Travel di Tronci Daniele) in Sardinia. No car at Cagliari airport when we arrived, and no one answered the phone when we called. Thankfully, we were assisted by a local taxi driver who called another number on our behalf and established that our driver had a problem with the car and would be arriving soon. Eventually, thirty-five minutes late, our car arrived. Language difficulties notwithstanding, there was no attempt at an apology. At the end of our holiday, our scheduled taxi was also half an hour late, while we waited in the heat by the side of a very busy road, attempting on the phone to describe our location to the company's controller. These transfers were pre-booked and pre-paid and the address details documented, and so there should not have been any confusion. RIdiculously expensive too, at double the price of our London transfers of approximately the same distance.
