Interface was misleading. We wanted to be picked up at 5:30AM on July 20th but it turned out the system did not record that time. Instead it recorded 4:45 Am as our pick up time but since the confirmation is sent as an email attachment hat needs to be printed out and that it impossible to do that from the accommodations were we stayed (note that as travellers we did not have a printer handy; we could not find a business center nearby Zaton to print this conformation either) we were unaware of the pick up time being 45 minutes earlier than what we thought it to be. Why not sending confirmation information in the body of the email? so that neither Adobe nor a printer are required to see that important information. Even better: why do not you pick up customers at the time they indicated in the form? Why do not you call them if there is nobody at 4:45 AM the indicated location (there was no message or phone call made to us).
The transfer was the worst possible experience since 11 people had to find urgent transport to the airport when I figured out the shuttle came earlier. Everybody incurred undue expenses and extreme stress which spoiled everybody;s last day in Croatia. We did not even receive a phone call or an email from the company as the drivers must have noticed that he or she did not pick anybody.
As a consequence, I am requested an immediate refund for the shuttle as none of the 11 people could benefit from the service and had to find urgent and costly alternative means of transportation.
Sincerely,
Francois Carrillat
