Both drivers (Thomas - South Wales and Jason - London) were on time and very helpful. We appreciated both of them very much and will use your service again because of these two individuals. I also appreciated that someone answered my call on Saturday the 28th to confirm our departure time, as well as the followup email. I would actually change the information on your transfer sheets to call for the pickup time confirmation to indicate that you will actually be receiving an email instead, it may generate less calls and provide a little more piece of mind for the travelers. Just a thought.

Driver Alex was a joy. She introduced herself and generally chatted. Very pleasant and welcoming. My return driver, ?? No name, was rude. I was only 4 mins after 7.50, he told me he was about to leave without me, drove far too fast down the mountain twists. Very disappointing return journey.
