Mr M from GermanyVery courteous driver. My plane arrived on time. I got my bag in about 20 mins. My driver was waiting for me. He drove safely and got me to Heathrow. Driver's boss was disorganized. While I was in the car, he called and said the driver had waited for me for more one hour after landing and I would have to give the driver another 15 pounds. I said this wasn't the case and I shouldn't have to pay more. The driver showed me his parking ticket and it showed the car had been parked for LESS than one hour. So I didn't pay any thing extra. The driver agreed.
