When return to the airport the bus was late, I called customer service, he was very helpful and kindly ensured me the bus was on its way, just 10 minutes late. Eventually we arrived at the airport almost in time, I was satisfied, not very cheap, but still much cheaper than a taxi.

Got to our destination in great time and driver was courteous and friendly. When shuttle direct couldn’t contact me at the resort to confirm the pick up because my phone was switched off, they called the hotel and a note was left for me instead. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will use them again.
