They notified me a day ahead of my arrival, reassuring me that I would be met by the professional service provider scheduled. When I landed I received a text followed shortly thereafter by a call letting me know they were there and providing instructions for me to call them once I’d cleared customs and retrieved my luggage. I was met at the door and my luggage was whisked way to the awaiting vehicle. The ride was pleasant and the driver was courteous and professional, even offering a bit of Switzerland on the way in the form a “Ricola”.
