    Such a relief to arrive and see a man, holding up a board with my name on it. Took charge of stowing our luggage and hanging it it back on the arrival at hotel. Collection and pick up times were accurate

    Chauffeur was waiting in Arrivals to collect us, immediately showing us to our very clean and well maintained vehicle. Driver was courteous and professional. We had booked a return transfer - again the driver was waiting to collect us at the stated time, extremely reliable service!

    Somehow it seems the Website doesn´t quite operate well when you try to book watertaxis in Venice. It wasn´t possible to enter the Hotel from the beginning which resulted in a wrong price. It would have been helpful to see how many people fit in one boat, we had 6 people on the way to the hotel and 7 people on the way back but there was no way to adjust that on the Website.

    The transfer was excellent, the chauffeur was on time and very friendly and the ride in the Van was short and smooth. Then we went on the boat and everything went fine, we had a great time and made it on time to the hotel and back to the airport. I would definitely chose that way of traveling again.

    The actual boat trip was excellent. The rest was shameful. We booked the trip the day before we arrived via i pad. The guy that met us started by saying we needed a printed receipt (no welcome how are you), I showed the e-mail confirmation on the phone - No this wouldn't do he needed a printed receipt (impossible to arrange at a busy airport. He then said that the journey was longer than we booked and we'd need to pay another 28 euros. He then wanted us to sign a declaration including my passport number to say he had picked us up. He eventually agreed to take us. Half-way to the car he screwed up the signed declaration and threw it in the bin (my wife saw him) She picked it out of the bin and we have photographic evidence. He said he didn't know where the Hotel Panorama was on the Lido - rubbish. It's the main hotel right next to the only water taxi terminus on the Lido. We were conned and I strongly urge others no to fall for this one or use this Company when considering a water taxi. In my England we call these people criminals.
