It's just a matter of the service registering with them. But this is not what happen. I had to call to tell them where I was. Then they came to me. And they had my name wrong, but we got that worked out. Then i waited for them to organize something. I would say i waited about 20 minutes before i was shown to my shuttle.Very disorganized. Not what i expected. The drive - that was good. They drive very pleasant. Fast and efficient. The automobile was ok. It was clean, but not close to the module mentioned on the website.

When we did find the organiser he took us out to the taxi, which was a lovely large car. Apart from the start it was very good. Another family was also looking for this company and no name on a board.

Sra. M from SpainEl chófer fue puntual en la recogida, pero lo que no me gustó nada fue que estuvo más pendiente de escribir en el whatsapp que de atender el tráfico. No sé si en Turquía se puede usar el móvil al volante, pero me parece muy imprudente y muy mal que estén whatsappeando sin parar mientras llevan pasajeros en el coche.
La compras estuvo correcta, pero tuve varios problemas con la agencia que gestiona esto que se empeñaba en cambiar el horario de recogida sin que la compañía aérea hubiese realizado cambios en el horario de vuelos hasta que me tuve que enfadar y decir que por favor dejasen las cosas como estaban.
