Driver let us know the day before our departure that they would be 10-15 mins late due to scheduling, and they arrived bang on time, to the minute. Wish I'd had more euros to give them the tip they deserved. Will definitely use again.

We rode in luxury directly to our hotel in Lucca. Our return trip was equally smooth! The same wonderful driver arrived early to pick us up and flawlessly navigated around closed roads and traffic due to an Ed Sheeran concert to transport us back to the Pisa airport! We would book this service again without hesitation!!!

The driver at Viareggio was a little early and we had another pleasant and easy journey to the airport. Both drivers were excellent. I've used Shuttle Direct before and once again was delighted with the service
