Sufrimos muchas horas de retraso, avisamos al conductor y en cuanto lleguemos al aeropurto de Lanzarote una persona nos estaba esperando a las salidad. Nos indicó el punto de recogida del bus (apenas fuera del aeropuerto) y esperamos nada más que 10 minutos. El bus nos dejó en la misma puerta del hotel. Rápido, eficaz y cómodo. Lo recomiendo

We were surprised that on the journey from the airport, we were allocated a large mini-bus to ourselves though that was over-shadowed by having an entire coach to ourselves on the return journey from the hotel!

Ms E from United KingdomCouldn’t fault this at all! We booked a private transfer. Driver was waiting with my name on the board as soon as we exited the arrivals hall. Took my language for me and carried to the van, helped load up everyone’s bags. Very pleasant gentlemen, also unload all the bags once we arrived. On the return the driver arrived 5 mins ahead of schedule and was also lovely, loaded and unloaded the bag and opened and closed the doors for us. We’d defo use again!

Mr N from United KingdomOur driver didn’t know where the villa was we were staying at so he rang head office and they told him to go to a particular hotel near the villa, he then put google maps on his phone gave us his phone to use showing us the villa location and followed us in his coach, he was brilliant

Mr D from United Kingdomon leaving the baggage claim area we were greeted by our driver displaying our name, we were taken to our transport and 35 minutes later walking into our hotel . on the return transfer our driver was early, 35 minutes later we were beating the queue for flight check in. this is the second time this year we have used shuttle direct and very impressed.

Auf dem Rückweg hat auch alles geklappt. Fahrer stand pünktlich zur Abholung am Hotel. Auch hier ein sehr aufmerksamer und netter Fahrer. Wir waren mit dem unkomplizierten Ablauf des Buchens und dem Komplettservices sehr zufrieden. Haben Sie schon weiter empfohlen.
