On departure the driver came into the lobby to let us know of his arrival, very friendly south African guy. Was very chatty and very knowledgeable of Cyprus. 100% recommend.

Mrs L from United KingdomThe driver on the way there was helpful and polite and helped us with our luggage, very comfortable journey, no hassle at all.
On our return journey the driver helped us with our luggage and had arrived a couple of minutes early so that was good, the journey was comfortable the driver was polite but disappointingly he did not get off the bus and help get the cases out of the coach, I had to crawl in and get my case as my husband has a prolapsed disc in his back , we are oap’s. I still have 5 stars as I did not want to take anything away from the first driver who was friendly and very helpful. I will be using shuttle direct again for sure, hopefully with a better return experience.

This is the first time we have used Shuttle Direct and were impressed with the service. It was easy to book online and print off the vouchers for the transfers. We go to Cyprus a lot and we will use this company again. The whole service was slick and our transfers between Larnaca...
