Das einzige was nicht ganz perfekt war, war, dass die Mitarbeiter am Telefon nicht alle englisch konnten. Aber da dann meistens jemand ans Telefon geholt wurde, der ein wenig englisch konnte, kann man sich darüber eigentlich auch nicht wirklich beklagen...
