Our driver was fabulous and very understanding as our address at the resort was incorrect. Again the service was adjusted to accommodate our error without any hassle. Our inbound journey was also seamless, with excellent communication from Shuttle direct to check the address - even using a google pin to be 100% sure. On time, courteous and trustworthy. The return transfer arrived on time as stated. I would not hesitate to book shuttle direct again when we return to Menorca
