    We have just had a driver take us from Torino to Brescia, Italy, and I would like you to pass on to his employer ( I think it is SIXT) our most sincere thanks for his assistance.
    He went out of his way to make sure we were at the correct address and then was of immense help to make sure we gained admittance to the apartment. He was uncomplaining and very patient with my limited Italian.
    I really do hope you are able to get this message to his employers. He deserves acknowledgement.
