    We were collected from Pisa airport, no problems at all he was waiting for us, nice journey to our holiday destination, nice driver. No problems at all on return journey, guy picked us up early, was so polite and informative about the location. Would definitely recommend this service to others .

    This was the first time I had travelled abroad with my two daughters without my husband and I was nervous about getting to the hotel from Pisa airport. Despite our plane being delayed for two hours, we were met on arrival by our friendly driver, holding a piece of paper with my name clearly printed on it. For our return journey, the driver arrived precisely at the time it said he would on our ticket.
    I could not be happier with the service and I will definitely book with Shuttle Direct again. Their reliability took the stress out of this part of the journey.
