    Not only was the driver on time, and waiting for us, but the flight was delayed by an hour and a half, and he was still pleasant! No, seriously, the whole experience was a great one. The ride to our destination was wonderful, and he couldn't have been nicer.

    Very easy to use. I was a bit concerned about how easy it was and whether the pickup would be at the airport, but it was absolutely faultless.

    Excellent from Milan Airport to Lake Orta Resort with Michael the driver who spoke good English and gave interesting information about the local area and resort.
    Return transfer with another driver in another car was a white Knuckle ride as he tail gated slow drivers in front of his car and was texting on his mobile without using hands free while driving. Very dangerous for a solo passenger in the car to witness.
