Mw. P from NetherlandsWe booked the cheapest transfer possible (couch) but instead we got a driver for ourselves in a normal car. That was outstanding. On our return to the airport we were picked up by a minibus with 2 other passengers. Very polite and friendly drivers, who don't really speak English but we managed with hands and feet to make ourselves clear. Shuttle Direct does what it says, transfer you to wherever you want (airportwise).

Good service, no delays, driver was polite and drove well. He even stopped to get everyone complimentary waters (chocolate snack too on the way back to the airport on our way home!) Taxi was in good condition and had wifi :-)

After having to land in Bodrum because of a storm in dalaman on the night of our arrival we didn't reach dalaman airport until 12pm the following day. This was no issue as we had kept in contact with the company via the out of hours telephone number and after a 10 minute wait our transfer arrived. The driver was lovely and even stopped at a shop and bought the 5 of us a bottle of water. This was a lovely gesture after what had been an a very long night travelling with young children!
