Arrived at airport and hotel in good time for pick ups, transfers from and back to airport, and drove us to our destination quickly, safely and efficiently in a very friendly manner.

the vehicle from hotel to airport was a mini bus, clean and tidy, the driver was not to clean and tidy though,
also the aircon was turned off ( it was turned on when we entered ) and the drivers window open ,but as we was sat behind him my wife was getting blown away a little bit ,
also I don't know what the law is in malta but here in the uk you are not allowed to use your mobile phone while driving, but the driver made several calls on his phone,
overall I would recommend shuttle direct , and I will use them again,
on both journey's the transfers were on time and we had no problems

Dopo qualche minuto e girando tra le persone, abbiamo visto il nostro nome in mano ad un signore, stava parlando con dei colleghi. Il ritorno impeccabile, c'era un ragazzo puntualissimo è molto gentile.

As instructed by Shuttle Direct voucher, I contacted Williams Garage to arrange pick up time. William's Garage were swift with their reply and confirmation of transport. The driver was prompt (little bit early actually) and courteous, there were no issues getting to airport and we arrived in plenty of time. Very happy with service.
