The service was good. Someone was already there waiting for me when I arrived at the airport and the driver dropped me right at the entrance of my accommodation. Brilliant service however, he could have been more proactive with displaying my name when I arrived at the airport to make it easier to spot him. I had to go to him to check if he had my name on his list but overall, the service was good and good value for money too. The driver was very friendly and helpful. He even assisted me with getting a local sim card! Now, that's service with a smile!
Ms R from GreeceThere was no one waiting for me at the arrivals and I had to call them to find the driver. They told me to meet them somewhere which I didn't know where it was and they didn't explain to me. Instead they told me to ask someone at the airport and hung up. I finally managed to find them by myself, they told me I had made a wrong booking without specifying why. They acquiesced in giving me a lift like I was an afterthought and not a paying customer. Also, the driver missed my stop, had to tell him twice to go back, and he gave me a ridiculous excuse that there was no road going there from the direction we were going, which was not true. Finally, he stopped at the wrong side of the road so I had to cross an underpass in the middle of the night. I had to ask him if I should get my suitcase myself, to which he literally rolled his eyes. Jaded, as if this wasn't part of his job, he came and opened the back door for me to get my suitcase. The total experience was completely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. Here I need to note that the company may be under another name but they operate as maltatransfer. Not sure if this is completely legal anyway.
The fee in itself wasn't a lot but for the quality of service they provide it was unjustifiable.
