The transfer from the Airport to the Hotel was excellent. The return to the ferry again was excellent. Getting off the ferry on Malta, no one was there. After several phone calls the driver arrived, there had been an accident. The driver somehow managed to get us to the airport for check in, 5 minutes before the gate closed and we had to run to the gate. Motto - the scheduled return transfer time was not early enough to allow a relaxed transit, this almost had us stranded overnight in Malta airport. Would have preferred to hang about airport for an hour than have to plead to get bags taken and run to a gate.
