We are going back to Venice next year and have already decided to use Shuttledirect again due to the excellent service. Driver was there bang on time to greet us (both ways), both were very friendly and helpful and the cars were comfortable and roomy. All in all I would highly recommend Shuttledirect to family and friends looking for airport transfers in the future.

Pick ups and timing were very good. Friendly drivers who spoke English. The only problem was that the vehicle used for the first journey was polluted with cigarette smoke smell.
