Drivers arrived on time and were excellent. Very pleased when you have 19 people to organise!

the transfer met our group upon our arrival at the airport, however the van was parked a few meters away and we had to carry luggages and cross roads with them. Also the van was booked to the hotel, and the driver refused to drive us to the hotel but stopped us in a parking lot at the bottom of a hill. With our insistence he stayed there for 1 hr until we arranged with the hotel to send us a taxi to drive us to the parking lot to the hotel. We had to split into 2 groups since we were 10 people in all. The driver left once the first taxi arrived and the other group waited for 1 and a half hours in the snow, in the dark for the other taxi. Needless to say that we incurred an additional cost of 100 euros (50 euro per taxi) .
In fact we did not book our return journey with website. We did it through hotel and a minivan seating 16 people picked us up from hotel straight to airport.
