If you write on the voucher that a chauffeur will be waiting upon arrival with a sign with your name, you expect this. However, nobody was waiting for us and we had to search for the company which was not so easy either as the sign of Shuttle Direct is very small and difficult to see. The rest of the transfer was fine.

We were kind of lost when we arrived. Our names didn't appear anywhere, we have to search for staff people inside and outside the airport.
Ms b from United KingdomWe found it a bit chaotic at Rhodes airport, as our flight was delayed so had to find our shuttle and there was so many buses coaches and people.It stopped at many hotels so took a long time.
Returning was much better only 2 stops.But overall a good service for the money,was recommended by our wedding planner.

the shuttle was waiting for us when our flight landed and picked up 6 more people, after 30m we were on our way, got to lindos in an hour, driver drove very carefully.
For the pickup i called a day before, i found that there is a mistake in the departing flight number (not sure if it was my mistake when filling it in, probably not), after a couple of hours i called back and they said they fixed it and will pick me up at the correct hour.
the bus was there on time exactly, unfortunately the A/C was not very good in the bus and it was very hot, all passengers complained, but the driver could not help - he was sweating as well.

Sig.r M from ItalyHo prenotato il servizio di trasferimento da e per aeroporto di Rodi, tutto è stato perfetto: all'andata c'era un piccolo bus ad aspettarci che ci ha accompagnato fino all'albergo, mentre al ritorno c'era un autobus grande con hostess che parlava in inglese e che ci ha spiegato e dato consigli per trovare il desk.
Puntualità ed efficienza, il tutto con il prezzo più economico.

Comodo. Trovi lo stand in aeroporto. Dopo 15 Min siamo partiti su un piccolo furgoncino. Dopo 3 fermate eravamo in hotel. Consigliato.

Unfortunately we were given the incorrect information about our pick up point for returning to the airport and the bus went to our accomodation when we had been told to wait elsewhere. However the company then sent a taxi to pick us up and take us to the airport, so overall it was fine.
Had to wait for other customers from other flights to arrive before we could leave. Journey takes about an hour and a half. No clear sign when you come off the plane. You have to go and speak to one of the many companies waiting to greet people and they found our contact for the company. Was a bit scary when you don't see any sign saying your company's name anywhere and doubt if they were legit.

Da wir in einem Privatzimmer logierten, hatten wir Mühe den richtigenOrt beim Rücktransport zu finden. Durch hilfe der "Griechen" hat es dann aber doch noch geklapt.

It took over an hour of waiting until the shuttle left the airport. The bus was old and the air-conditioning weak. It took another 1.5 hours to get to Lindos. All in all a terrible experience. We decided not to take the shuttle back even though we have booked it already.
