I was appalled that the day after I had an email saying that we needed to pay another £50 for the transfer from Gatwick to the South of England.
All they keep telling you is that you can cancel. The timescale for finding another taxi service was not there!
Lots of emails and ringing around......Shuttledirect don't understand customer service. We will NEVER use this company again and will being be letting others know the problems we have had. Really sad aswell that they didn't care about an 80yr couple.....very poor. They should be ashamed of themselves....
