The driver was waiting for me. The ride was fine. The only issue occurred when being dropped off. I would have liked confirmation that we really were at the correct address, because as it turns out, we were not. Not necessarily the driver's fault, but being from out of the Country, I did rely upon him to make sure we were indeed at the right place.

Only problem was that airport personnel directed us to an outside passenger pu station rather than tell us to wait inside where our driver waited for us while we were already outside. Hard when you are tired after crossing the Atlantic. Would certainly use again.

Sr. C from SpainMe retrasaron la hora de recogida una hora de manera unilateral, sólo mandando un email en el que decían que corregían un error pero sin indicar cuál.
Luego cuando me dí cuenta, no deshiceron el cambio a pesar de mi solicitud.
Y encima me recogieron 45 minutos tarde y el conductor se lo tomaba a guasa.
UBER sale un poco más caro (no mucho más), pero jamás tendrías problemas como estos. Aunque probablemente tampoco en cualquier otra compañía.
Shuttle Direct ha perdido un cliente para siempre. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.
Me retrasaron 1 hora la recogida de manera unilateral, diciéndome por email simplemente que habían cambiado algo (sin especificar) en el voucher. Luego no me cambiaron la hora de recogida a la original que yo contraté después de que reclamé dicho cambio.
Encima se retrasaron 45 minutos en recogerme, y el conductor se lo tomaba a guasa.
Me ha parecido muy mal servicio. Poco serio, y mal cumplidor.
Con UBER no tienes estos problemas.
