After 6 phone calls, two of which were hung up on us, our driver finally arrived at 13.15pm. His excuse was traffic! Everyone else's pick up arrived on time, and our way to the hotel the traffic seemed light. I questioned the driver about the traffic and he said now not busy but before it was. This was our first time in Paris and i won't use this service again. The trains run frequent from the airport into the city, and there are official taxi staff on hand who'll tell you how long it'll take to your destination and give you a price before hand. If only we had known sooner.
