Our driver was fabulous and very understanding as our address at the resort was incorrect. Again the service was adjusted to accommodate our error without any hassle. Our inbound journey was also seamless, with excellent communication from Shuttle direct to check the address - even using a google pin to be 100% sure. On time, courteous and trustworthy. Thank you Shuttle Direct you were perfect!

The whole vehicle was clean and pleasant to be in. The drivers (both ways) were polite and kind. They drove carefully and considerately. On time both ways. Would highly recommend this service.

Mrs L from United KingdomHi my husband and I along with our 14 year old grandson had booked an airport transfer to Son Bou we found it very easy to locate the travel desk in the arrivals area the girl who dealt with us was very pleasant and quickly sorted out our transfer informing us where to get our bus which was great. the bus arrived very quickly and took us along with a few other passengers to our accommodation. The return transfer arrived on time as stated. I would not hesitate to book shuttle direct again when we return to Menorca
