Mr A from United KingdomBooking was straightforward. We wanted to get to the airport earlier than the usual 2 hours before the flight. There was no-where obvious to mention this during the booking. But as soon as the booking confirmation email arrived, I emailed back with a request and this was quickly dealt with.
The car arrived five minutes early (at a place which isn't easy to find in the narrow roads of an old city), all our luggage fitted in the boot, and the driver got us to the airport in plenty of time.

Mr M from United KingdomI have used shuttle direct on several previous occasions and apart from one prior occasion when the driver went to the wrong hotel they have been excellent. On this occasion the transfer from Madrid airport to Segovia was a bit of a disaster. The driver was an hour late (I know it was raining and there was a lot of traffic but this should have been taken into account - heavy rain was after all forecast), the driver then had to stop for petrol and finally was unable to find the hotel in Segovia - this was in spite of me telling him on several occasions that he could not drive up to the hotel because it was in a pedestrianised zone and I had a map in my suitcase in the boot that I could show him to tell him where to let us out - he kept saying 'no, it's raining'. On the plus side the car was very nice and clean and the driver apologetic and polite. However, arriving at our hotel over three hours after our plane had landed rather than the 75 minutes it should have taken was not a great start to our short break. To be fair I should point out that for our return trip from Segovia to Mardid Airport I arranged for the hotel reception to speak with Shuttle Direct to explain where to leave the car for us to meet the driver and to ask them to arrive 25 mintes earlier than planned. To their creadit the driver arrived as promised and we were at the airpost in 70 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!
