Professional drivers for both journeys. The driver who met us at the airport took us on a small tour of the area pointing out places of interest which was a nice touch.

He was holding the sign with out name and when. We walked up to him he just entered something onto his pad and started walking to the car. During the drive I tried to make a bit of conversation but he was silent throughout the drive. Not impressed and certainly a huge difference compared to other pickup services we've recently used.
