I was so relieved to be greeted by a very kind English speaking company rep. He was waiting for me in the arrivals hall holding a board with my name. Within 10 or 15 minutes I was safely in a taxi heading for my destination. Thank you so much ShuttleDirect! I will definately book again with you and recommend you to friends and family

Driver waiting at Airport was clearly identifiable. Easy transfer to hotel with no hiccups. Would use them again. Same can be said for the return journey from the hotel back to the airport.
