Mr M from United KingdomArrived 12-50 am straight through customs, national Express worker was easy to find, explained where to go, found the coach park read coach departure board double checked with one of the many national Express workers, easy boarding driver taking the cases, my coach was for Stratford with no stops, driver was as helpful as could be, arrived stress free then got a bus home.

Very pleasant trip to our apartment and very helpful with our luggage. On our return Journey the same driver arrived in good time just we were exiting our apartment and trying to drag our luggage down the stairs. The driver came in and took it upon himself to bring our cases down the stairs, to the minibus. I was very grateful for the assistance. This was above and beyond.
The vehicle was modern and extremely comfortable. This was my first time using shuttle direct but I would not hesitate to use this company again or to recommend to friends.
