Dit jaar is zowel op de heen- als de terugreis een taxi ingezet, in plaats van de verwachte touringcar bus.
Beide keren waren de taxi's er op het afgesproken tijdstip, met vriendelijke chauffeurs.
Voor het 2e jaar op rij gebruik gemaakt van ShuttleDirect en wederom zeer tevreden.

Mrs J from United KingdomOur fly was delayed and when we landed in Tenerife it was late. Very nice lady with curly hair asked us to wait outside. 10 min later she said there is no available bus so she called taxi and without extra cost taxi took us to our accommodation. Amazing customer service!

Fr. K from GermanyHat alles gut geklappt. Waren ca 8 Personen im Kleinbus, die zu drei Zielen gefahren wurden (auch zur Fähre nach La Gomera). Der Fahrer hat sein Bestes gegeben, trotz Verkehrschaos rechtzeitig da zu sein. Wir wurden in Puerto Santiago direkt bis vor die Eingangstür gefahren - vielen Dank nochmal an unseren sehr netten Fahrer.
