Driver waiting in arrivals hall for us and 2 minute walk to a lovely, spacious suv. Spotless clean. Driver extremely attentive and friendly. Will definitely use this service again.

Mr T from United KingdomHave used ShuttleDirect a few times. This booking was even more important than normal as our 30 month old grandson was with us & I needed to ensure we got a proper child seat. The option was not available on the booking but contacted ShuttleDirect & they said I could request it after I had made the booking. Did this & was quoted a minimal price for the car seat. On arrival at Palma airport, the taxi driver was diaplaying my name. Very impressed with the driver & quality of the child seat & minivan for our party of 7. On our return journey, the driver was there on time & once again, the service was excellent. Definitely use them again.

A couple of days before the return travel, an email with the time schedule and the driver was right on time on the day of the return. Recommend. Will use again.
