Mrs M from IrelandWe were travelling as a group of 15 people. It was so straight forward. We arrived and there was a gentleman waiting with a sign. He brought us to the bus. Was worried about return as only gave them flight take off time and flight number. Went to contact them day before to find out pick up time and didn’t realise it was already on return ticket so didn’t need to do anything. Got a lovely big bus. Driver kindly helped us with luggage both times. Was nice to go straight to an air conditioned bus. Drivers were excellent and very smooth drivers.

Sufrimos muchas horas de retraso, avisamos al conductor y en cuanto lleguemos al aeropurto de Lanzarote una persona nos estaba esperando a las salidad. Nos indicó el punto de recogida del bus (apenas fuera del aeropuerto) y esperamos nada más que 10 minutos. El bus nos dejó en la misma puerta del hotel. Rápido, eficaz y cómodo. Lo recomiendo

We were surprised that on the journey from the airport, we were allocated a large mini-bus to ourselves though that was over-shadowed by having an entire coach to ourselves on the return journey from the hotel!

Took my language for me and carried to the van, helped load up everyone’s bags. Very pleasant gentlemen, also unload all the bags once we arrived. On the return the driver arrived 5 mins ahead of schedule and was also lovely, loaded and unloaded the bag and opened and closed the doors for us. We’d defo use again!

Mr N from United KingdomOur driver didn’t know where the villa was we were staying at so he rang head office and they told him to go to a particular hotel near the villa, he then put google maps on his phone gave us his phone to use showing us the villa location and followed us in his coach, he was brilliant
