Ms s from United KingdomOne small issue is that the final check out bit was a bit vague, and it was difficult to tell if we have booked or not. The email we received was blank and the attachment wouldn't open. But we managed to call Shuttledirect in the UK and confirm our booking. We also couldn't print the voucher as we were on holiday BUT we took a screen print on our phone and showed that to the driver which solved that problem.
The car was a clean and modern Mercedes and the driver was polite and arrived promptly to collect us and got us to the airport quicker than anyone else had. Excellent service at an excellent price of £42.70 one way. Which is a fixed price as opposed to paying about 60 euros via a metered taxi. Would definately rate as a great service too and from the airport. Thank You.

Chauffeur was binnen 10 minuten na aankomst in de hal aanwezig, zeer behulpzaam em vriendelijk. Direct en zonder omwegen naar Hotel. Goede en veilige rit per taxi. Is pretiiger dan per bus.

Friendly informative taxi driver picked me up from the airport. When taken back to the airport I was picked up on time but the driver was young and very quiet. Cannot fault the efficency and would definitely use again.

Fantastic service. Our flight in was early and after a quick call from another driver our taxi was with us in five minutes. Lovely, friendly driver who apologised that we'd had to wait, even though it wasn't for long and was due to us being there early!Return transfer was punctual and both drivers were courteous and friendly and helped with our luggage.
