Aber unser Fahrer hat pünktlich auf uns am Flughafen gewartet,sodass wir direkt ohne Wartezeit vom Flughafen wegfahren konnten. Wir waren positiv überrascht und würden diesen Service weiterempfehlen.

Mr K from SloveniaVery easy to purchase the transfer from the airport to the hotel. All the instructions are written on the voucher and I easily found my bus at the airport.
Driver of the bus on the way from the airport to the city center did not know the exact way to my hotel and he dropped me off at the wrong one. But luckily my hotel was just around the corner. On the way back to the airport everything was perfect, driver was waiting for me in front of the hotel at agreed time, the bus was equiped with air conditioning and was very clean.

Our ride back to the airport was just as easy. He was there waiting at our hotel. Call and confirm the day before. Remember your signed printed voucher. They will not accept a digital one.

Excellent english speaking driver. On pick up from the airport (flight 1 hour late) driver was waiting at arrivals. No hassle trip to hotel. Prompt pick up from hotel on my return journey. Took the hassle out of trying to find a taxi around midnight on my flight in and even though cab would be cheaper this was far more convenient and no language barrier.
