Mr J from United KingdomWhen we got to Palma, we couldn't find our driver, but when we asked another driver, they pointed us in the right direction to the information desk. The driver came around immediately and pulled up around the front, helped with our gear and quickly couriered us to our inn in a clean Mercedes vito 7 seater. On our return process from the inn the driver was early and quickly stashed the gear and quickly and expertly drove us to the air terminal and informed us where the jet2 stuff work area was. Extremely amazing help. One thing that could be improved is providing the driver who is waiting for us when we exit baggage claim with a sign with our booking name, which would make it easier to identify us.

We changed our return pick-up not from accommodation and very responsive over email and updated our voucher quickly. Pickup for this was easy, in plenty of time and meant we did not need to worry.

The only thing what was missing for Us was information about travel time (reaching your destination hotel). That was our first time travelling from the airport by bus.
