Mr K from United KingdomThe transfer turned up over an hour late, with no prior warning on late Sunday evening / night. When I telephoned the number stated on the voucher, they gave me another location to wait in the airport and mentioned that the driver was there and will be with me in around 30 seconds. He arrived over 20 minutes later. Poor customer service which no contact made by the transfer company to say the driver would be late. Given that the booking was made over a month before the trip I would have thought that the transfer would have been on time. There were no roadworks or delays that I could see near or around the airport. I will not be using Shuttle Direct again for the transfers in Madrid.
I have used the transfer service from Madrid airport on a number of occasions and the price had increased this last time. This ccoupled with the poor customer service I don't think it is a value for money service.
