Mr L from DenmarkI made a Little mistake with the departuretime to Copenhagen when i signed up, the day after i got a mail from Shuttledirect and i call to shuttledirect immidiatly got my information corrected, and 5 minuttes later i got a new Voucher with the correct data, professionalt and fast.
I was picked up in the GC airport, in spite a delay on more than 90 minuttes Maria was standing there holding up the sign with my name, the trip to hotel Atlanta in Las Palmas was cozy, and we talked and laughed, i asked Maria if she was able to pick me up Again, and she would examine the options.
I was happy to see Maria at Atlanta the 29 January at 06.35, she was very precise and the trip to the airport was as pleasant as i expected, i will at any time recommend Shuttledirect to other travellers needing a ride, thanks a lot for a good experience, best regards *Personal Information removed by Feefo*
