Ms N from GermanyWe had a good experience with shuttle service. We arrived around 7pm in Lanzarote and took the bus from the airport to the hotel. We waited maybe 45mins at the airport before we set off towards Costa Teguise. We booked an apartment and not a hotel, but we were able to take the shuttle to a hotel which was 80m from the apartment we booked.
The drive took maybe 30mins from the airport to the drop-off site since we would stop at some other hotels on the way to ours to let our other passengers.
Our return flight was at 7am. We got picked up on time early in the morning, in a smaller shuttle bus. Very punctual!
Overall the experience was great and I would recommend to anyone who does has not ordered a halfboard or all inclusive holiday.
