Mr K from United KingdomWe used the Lanzarote shuttle. We were met by a cheerful lady with my name on a clipboard and she directed us to our shuttle. We had to wait 40 mins on the shuttle while it filled up from other flights but know this happens on shuttles. The return journey was also smooth. I phoned the company the morning before we left ad directed. They told us what time the shuttle would pick us up from the hotel and it arrived exactly on time. Good aircon and nice seats on bus both ways.

And all of that at a very competitive rate - thoroughly recommended!

As we exited the arrivals hall our Driver was stood waiting with a very clear name sign. The transfer vehicle was clean and tidy and our Driver drove very safely. Its always a bit of a worry whether the transport will arrive for the return journey to the airport however, our Driver arrived 15 minutes before the arranged time and came into our hotel to collect us. Again, repeat of our inbound journey. Both our Drivers were very courteous and we could not fault them. We travel abroad 3 or 4 times a year and always use private transfers to avoid the agony of sitting on a big tour bus waiting for other passengers and then being taken all round the houses. This company was very competitively priced, great Drivers and very clean vehicle's and we will now definitely use them for future transfers.

We waited maybe 45mins at the airport before we set off towards Costa Teguise. We booked an apartment and not a hotel, but we were able to take the shuttle to a hotel which was 80m from the apartment we booked.
The drive took maybe 30mins from the airport to the drop-off site since we would stop at some other hotels on the way to ours to let our other passengers.
Our return flight was at 7am. We got picked up on time early in the morning, in a smaller shuttle bus. Very punctual!
Overall the experience was great and I would recommend to anyone who does has not ordered a halfboard or all inclusive holiday.
